Who are the Clifton cricket players in the line-up?
THIS week’s archive picture was brought in to The Bolton News offices by John Sharples, of Worsley, and features the Clifton first XI who played in the Bolton and District Cricket Association in the early 1990s.
Mr Sharples is keen to identify the players on the picture and said: “This is the Clifton first XI from either 1990 or 1991 who finished runners-up in the Bolton Association. I am trying to list all the names. I know some but would love to know if any readers could identify anyone.”
