Leverhulme Park, off Long Lane, Bolton..
A CONSERVATION group is holding a volunteer day.
Bolton North East Wildlife Trail (NEWT) is putting on the event at Leverhulme Park on Sunday, September 10 between 10am and 3pm.
The group will remove crack willow to restore the ponds and wetland habitat.
Volunteers will be provided with tools and gloves.
Meet outside Blenehim Road in the morning or the bowling green if you come in the afternoon
