A CAR hit a wall after clipping another vehicle which was reversing out of a driveway.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision between two cars in Longworth Road, in Horwich, at about 6.20pm last night.
A Peugeot 308 had clipped the back tyre of a BMW as it made the manoeuvre on what a fire service spokesperson described as a ‘blind spot’ on the road.
The spokesperson added that the ‘front end had gone’ on the Peugeot and the vehicle would probably have to be written off.
Neither of the drivers were badly hurt and no one was taken to hospital.
Firefighters were called to reports of a petrol leak, but they did not find any evidence of one.
However, they removed a battery from the Peugeot as a safety precaution.
Police are not taking any action over the incident.
