As pupils go back to school this week, stationery shop Ryman has created a test to see if parents can answer some core school subject questions.
The test consists of 10 questions, covering the school GCSE subjects of Maths, English, Science, Spanish, French, ICT, Art, Music, Geography and History.

Nationally, more than 2,000 people have already taken the test with some interesting results.
The average score across all entries was 58.4%, with hardly any difference between the sexes - 58% for men and for women it was 57%.
The Midlands and the North West were the class swots averaging 61% and 60% respectively.
The North East occupied the bottom of the table on 54%.
Have a go if you think you're smart enough!
