A BOLTON band is celebrating its first headline show.

Cleargreen are hitting the stage at the Rebellion Manchester on October 14.

The event, in association with This Feeling, features support from SAUCE and Sollo and kicks off at 7.30pm.

It comes off the back of the band's debut single Stargazed.

The indie rockers released the track on the public in August in unision with a music video.

Produced and recorded by Dean Glover and recorded at Vibe Recording Studios in Manchester – formerly owned by New Order – the single replicates the energy and size of the group’s live sound.

At the time lead guitarist Jack Blair, from Stoneclough, said: “We are making a big noise about it because it’s worthy of getting people’s attention and we reckon they will enjoy it!

“This is an exciting time for us!”

Cleargreen, who describe themselves as a Kearsley band, are launching the single with the assistance of This Feeling – endorsed by Noel Gallagher and Kasabian.

Stargazed is available on all digital platforms, with a limited number of physical copies also available to purchase.
