AN energy price comparison firm says it is now offering customers ‘total transparency’.

Bolton's Love Energy Savings has launched a new corporate services division, called Love Energy Solutions, to extend into the industrial and commercial sectors.

The firm, based in Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, says it will offer openness in a market beset by complaints from big businesses about unclear deals and hidden commissions.

Adrian Cieslake, the company’s new head of corporate, said: “Energy managers at larger businesses want full transparency. And that’s exactly what we’re offering.

“Love Energy Savings has built a fantastic reputation in the SME sector for their honourable approach. Offering best value and exceptional customer service they boast an industry-leading customer retention rate of almost 90 per cent. It’s these proven qualities, which we know will appeal to companies in the industrial and commercial sector through the Love Energy Solutions platform.”

New Senior Relationship Manager Shirley Isherwood added: “There is a clear need for more openness within the energy broking sector.

“The current lack of clarity on commissions has justifiably caused mistrust amongst consumers, this has resulted in some companies avoiding energy consultants altogether.

“We want to re-build trust, through honest and open communication. If people trust you, they will do business with you.”

Since it was formed in 2007, Love Energy Savings has grown to become the most trusted business energy price comparison specialist in the UK, with over three thousand customers rating their service five-stars on Trustpilot.

During that time, the company has switched over 145,000 meters, saving customers more than £72 million on their electricity and gas bills. It now employs over 200 people.

Love Energy Savings was this year voted the UK’s ‘super consultancy’ at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCAs).
