A CASINO raised more than £2,000 for a Bolton animal shelter.
The Genting Casino, in Higher Bridge Street, hosted a charity evening earlier this month and raised £2,141.16 for the Destitute Animal Shelter.
The night featured music, a quiz and a free buffet as well as a charity auction.
There was £175 up for grabs in the quiz as well as prizes in the auction including tickets to see Queen and Adam Lambert.
Alan Warwick, marketing advocate at Genting Bolton said he was proud of the amount raised and thanked everyone who attended.
