THIS cut-price house is the star attraction at a property auction next month.

The two-bedroom terraced home in Deane comes with a guide price of just £37,000, making it the cheapest site on offer at the next SDL Auctions North West event in December.

The auctioneers describe the Broomfield Road house as ‘ideally located for Bolton town centre’.

It has a lounge and kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The auction will be held at the AJ Bell Stadium in Salford from 2pm on Tuesday, December 12.

Andy Thompson, senior valuer at SDL Auctions North West, said: “There are some great terraced properties with very keen guide prices appearing at our next auction.

“They would all make excellent purchases – either for first time buyers or as investments to let or for development and re-sale purposes.

“With more than five weeks to go before the auction, we’re still accepting properties for inclusion in the auction catalogue for what promises to be another busy day.”

The second cheapest property available is a terraced house in Tyldesley, which is priced at £45,000.

As reported in The Bolton News last month, SDL is also currently auctioning a 16th century grade two listed detached property in Tonge Fold, once used as a public house.

The Old Ale House, which is at number one Ainsworth Lane, was built around 1580 but more recently was used as a three bedroom home rather than a business premises.

It has a starting price of £150,000 and is being auctioned online.

Also listed on the firm’s website is a one-bedroom apartment in Finsbury Court, Hall i’th’ Wood.

The flat, listed at £46,500, is being sold with a tenant in site until January and is described as offering ‘a great yield for any investor’.
