A MAN from Bolton is among 12 people jailed for supplying crack cocaine and heroin.
Jamie Crompton, of Ainsworth Lane, Bolton, was sentenced to seven years in prison at Preston Crown Court yesterday.
The court heard how between January and March 2017, a number of vehicles connected to the group were stopped and hundreds of pounds of cash and 70 wraps of heroin and crack cocaine were discovered inside.
Searches of properties also led to the discoveries of mixing agents, more drugs and several phones. Further inquiries and intelligence led police to the rest of the group.
As well as being sentenced for conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine, Crompton, aged 21, was sentenced for robbery and handling a stolen vehicle, in connection with an incident where he and his brother tried to steal an elderly resident's car in Bromley Cross.
