THREE men have been charged following an alleged armed robbery.
Jordan West, aged 25, of Bolton Road, Atherton and Richard Johnson, aged 30, of Anaconda Drive, Salford have both been charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, attempted theft from a motor vehicle and robbery.
Dean Hampson, aged 39, of Parkway Grove, Little Hulton, has been charged with robbery.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Wigan Magistrates’ Court today.
The incident relates to an alleged robbery at a sporting lodge in Warrington Road, Leigh yesterday morning.
