ARIANA Grande has paid a moving tribute to Greater Manchester in the video for her new single No Tears Left to Cry.
The heartfelt track is her first single released since the Manchester Arena attack on May 22 last year, which claimed the lives of 22 people.
The track's uplifting lyrics seemingly allude to the attack, the One Love Concert held in its aftermath and the region's response — with the music rising from a gospel introduction in to a summer pop anthem.
The video also ends with a worker bee, the historic symbol of the city, which came to represent resilience and unity in the wake of the atrocity.
Ariana released the track at Midnight from New York after tweeting hints earlier this week.
The pop-star tweeted a tear drop emoji and told fans she missed them, before tweeting "no tears left to cry" and the date "4.20".
A teaser had also been released in January featuring a shot or Ariana singing and the message "see you next year".
