BAKERY staff were held hostage at knife point while two vehicles were stolen from the premises.
Two members of night staff were tied up, by three men who burst into the shop, one of the men was wielding a knife.
The trio made off with a black and green Kawasaki Ninja motorbike and a red Ford Transit van.
The robbery happened on Thursday at Dawson's Bakery in Shuttle Street, Tyldesley at about 10.50pm.
The Transit van had 'Dawson's Bakery' written on it.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: "Enquiries are ongoing including the examination of CCTV.
"Anyone with information should call police on 101 or the independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
