A GARAGE building could become a coffee shop in Bradshaw.
Plans have been submitted to convert the one story garage building, on the corner of Bradshaw Road and Rigby Lane, into a coffee shop with outdoor seating.
Mr and Mrs Scholes of Bradshaw Road have submitted the plans and are hoping to extend the building to include some indoor seating and add a kitchen, counter top, storage area and toilet to the building.
The proposed layout shows room for six tables inside the new building and sliding patio doors in one wall to open up to outdoor seating area.
The only other application for the site was submitted in 2015 to erect a sign.
