Police have released footage of the moment a reckless driver ran a red light in front of officers.
A marked police car was securing another vehicle when the silver Toyota Yaris sped by on Tonge Moor Road.
Officers were able to immediately give chase and stop the driver.
The vehicle was found to have no insurance, an expired MOT and had been declared as off the road.
It has since been seized by officers from Greater Manchester Police's traffic division.
