PULLED OVER: The man failed a roadside drugs test
GREATER Manchester Police have arrested a man who was using his phone while driving in Tonge Moor.
The man was pulled over on Thicketford Road and later failed a roadside drugs test.
Officers confirmed that the incident occurred at around 12.25 and involved a grey van.
Investigations are now underway and the suspect has been taken to Bury Police Station.
