A DEVELOPER has revealed plans to build three new apartments in Farnworth.
The scheme for the small piece of land in Meadow Walk, in the Harper Green ward, was revealed after a planning application was submitted to Bolton Council.
The site has been described in the application form as "neglected open land" and is located just next to the footpath, which leads to the steps on to Highfield Road.
The submission is seeking permission for the access, appearance, layout and scale details only.
