AMBULANCE staff are to strike again in a long-running pay banding dispute with employer North West Ambulance Service.
Mike Buoey, regional organiser for union GMB, said a fourth strike was planned on Saturday, July 21 which would last 26 hours.
Previous strikes have lasted no more than 6 hours.
This next strike also includes a ban on overtime from the Friday to the Monday.
Ambulance staff are striking because they have been asking their employer to review their pay banding since 2005.
They are also asking for an independent review to be carried out.
