Founded in 2009 by the Australian photographer Korske Ara, the main aim of World Photo Day is to inspire and connect people around the globe through photography.

This year, World Photo Day is being held in support of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, an organisation which supports children and families affected by Cerebral Palsy.
We asked our Bolton News Camera Club members to send us some of their best images to help us celebrate World Photo Day and here are ten of the best.
You can join The Bolton News Camera Club at our Facebook page: facebook. com/BNCameraClub or email submissions to pictures@theboltonnews.co.uk
