A YOUNG man has been charged with failing to provide a breath specimen after being stopped by the police.
Faisel Hussain, aged 25 of Gilnow Road, Bolton, has been charged with the offences of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
Greater Manchester Police traffic officers said he had been bailed to appear at Bolton Magistrates' Court on September 4, 2018.
