TWO drivers were taken to hospital after a crash between two cars in Bolton yesterday evening.
Police were called after a collision between a grey VW Golf and a white Audi A5 on Wigan Road at around 7.30pm.
The driver of the Golf, aged 27, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and taken to hospital, police have said.
The driver of the Audi also had to be taken to hospital.
Both injuries are not thought to be "life-threatening".
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "A grey VW Golf was in collision with a white Audi A5 on Wigan Road, Bolton, at around 7.30pm on Sunday.
"The driver of the Golf, a man aged 27, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
"He was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
"The driver of the Audi was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
