A COLLEGE student refused to give police his details when he was stopped by officers near to the scene of a disturbance.
Staff at Tandoori King in Tonge Moor dialled 999 when a group of men became rowdy outside, Bolton Magistrates' Court heard.
Officers stopped Jamie Disley near to the scene, but when they asked for his details he laughed at them and shouted "nothing to do with me"
He was eventually arrested for being drunk and disorderly. The incident happened on February 16.
Disley, aged 18, of Slater Street, Bolton, appeared at court today and pleaded guilty to the charge He was given a conditional discharge for six months and was ordered to pay £43 costs .
