A BUS pass contest has been set up to encourage the over-60s to take part in a national adventure.
From April 1, anyone aged 60 and over and who is eligible for free bus travel, can take part in the Buss Pass Challenge.
Those wanting to take part are asked to see how far they can travel using local bus services and how long it takes them.
All those who join in the challenge could win one of three accolades - You've Come So Far Award, Travel for Charity Award and Carbon Footprint Hero Award.
The challenge is free to enter and will run until October 31.
