RECENTLY formed property company Lamb & Swift has relocated to new offices in Wingates Industrial Park.
The business started in September last year when Bolton firm Edwards Swift Commercial merged with Preston firm Lamb & Co.
The company has been operating out of offices in Chorley New Road and Preston Docks since then.
The new premises in Lancaster Way is a three-storey office building with about 17 staff will based there.
The firm has acquired the whole building and is looking to let the remaining suites. It has already let office suites to IT firm Novalite and catering equipment firm Rademaker.
Rates will be between £3.25 and £3.50 per square foot with a service charge for heating, lighting and maintenance. Leases are for terms of between threme and 10 years.
Stephen Lamb started Lamb & Co in 1994. For more than 30 years, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on property development. Lamb & Co has advised major regional and national clients including Aldi Stores, Balfour Beatty Property, Modus Properties, and Buckingham Bingo.
Nick Swift has worked in the North-west property market for more than 16 years with an emphasis on property agency and development. He launched Edwards Swift Commercial in 2002 and has built a portfolio of clients including Speedy Hire, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lythgoe Motors, Orbit Developments and Blue Mantel.
The business operates under umbrella company Link 61 alongside motor business buyer Motor Trade Business Network.
