Rebels set for Boro double

TITLE-CHASING FC United will hope to keep the pressure on the leaders in the first of two games with Radcliffe Borough in three days.
The neighbours meet in Thursday's Presidents Cup final at the Tameside Stadium, but first the pair go head to head in tonight's UniBond League Division One North clash.
Table-toppers Curzon Ashton and Skelmersdale both slipped up at the weekend, but FC's hopes of a third consecutive title were dashed last night when Bradford Park Avenue took over top spot after a 7-0 thrashing of strugglers Bridlington. They are now seven points clear of FC United.
At the other end of the division, the Rebels' bogey-side Boro, who had the better of two draws in the league and knocked them out of the Manchester Cup, are three points clear of the drop zone.
Peter Coyne's side will be boosted by the return of Mike Flynn from a two-match ban and Martyn Forrest, who was unavailable on Saturday, but will still be without the injured Andy Scott, Lee Connell and Andy Dawson.
lAtherton Colls earned a valuable point with a 1-1 draw at home to Silsden in the North West Counties Division One.
