A man is due to appear in court charged with six separate offences following a collision and police pursuit in Wigan.
A stolen Peugeot was involved in a minor injury fail to stop collision in Orrell at about 4am on Saturday.
A high-speed pursuit commenced and the car stopped when it drove over a stinger device placed at the junction of Atherton Road and Leigh Road by traffic officers. All four tyres were punctured.
The car collided with two parked cars.
Michael Barrowcliffe, aged21, of St Anne Street, Liverpool, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, driving while disqualified, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to stop when required.
He is due to appear before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court today.
