Call for residents to set up community hub

RESIDENTS are being urged to help create a community hub on their estate.
Contour Homes wants to develop the existing community house on the Pungle estate in Westhoughton, which is not being used as much as it could be.
It is working with the police, St Vincent’s housing association, officers from Bolton Council and representatives from NHS Bolton, the borough’s primary care trust, to establish the services that can be delivered from the house.
But it also wants residents to have their say.
