RESIDENTS of Bromley Cross should be made aware that a public inquiry is to be held by the Secretary of State at 10am on November 10, in the Lancaster Suite, First Floor, Town Hall, Bolton.
The planning application no 51360/97 and planning office reference LS/PA/03087 for phone enquiries. The plan is to close Hough Lane for the new Eagley Mills conversion. All persons affected and wishing to put their views should attend if possible, before it is too late! A one-way system would surely be more acceptable and would at least keep the traffic moving at rush hours.
