SIR: I wish to nominate for "Rats" the person or persons who stole my elderly parents' bird table out of their back garden one recent Friday afternoon between 1-3 pm.
Do these thoughtless scum not realise that the elderly gain so much pleasure in just so simple a task as feeding the birds?
