NORTH West property adviser Matthews & Goodman has been instructed to advise on the sale of the former Roach Packing Case and Timber Company site on Bury Road, Tottington.
The 1.45 acre site comprises factory and production facilities, including a 13,481 sq ft open store area as well as 2,473 sq ft of office space.
