Brothers deny murder of boy, 17

TWO brothers have denied murdering a 17-year-old boy who died in a pond in Hindley.
Dylan Aaron’s body was recovered from the water off Ladies Lane, Hindley, on Sunday morning, May 30, hours after police were called to reports of an assault.
David McGrail, aged 34, and Drew McGrail, aged 26, both of Lancaster Avenue, Hindley, who appeared at Liverpool Crown Court via video link equipment from Altcourse prison, both denied murder.
David McGrail also denied assaulting Daniel Bagnall causing actual bodily harm on the same date.
They were further remanded in custody to await their trial, expected to last two weeks, beginning on December 1.
