A BUSINESS has lost tens of thousands of pounds after a huge fire ripped through a warehouse.
About 20 firefighters tackled the blaze, in Albert Street, Horwich, at its height at 10.15pm on Saturday.
They had to take extra care because there was asbestos in the roof, and a 50 metre cordon was put in place to keep back the gathering crowd.
B Bikes, which rents the unit, sells spare parts for motorbikes on eBay and bosses believe about half the stock was damaged by the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
