Bolton Wanderers have been handed a dream draw in the FA Cup semi final.

They have been drawn against Stoke City in a game set to be played at Wembley Stadium.

Should Bolton win that game and Manchester United beat neighbours Manchester City in the other semi, it paves the way for a repeat of the 1958 FA Cup final.

In that game, a crowd of 100,000 saw Bolton beat United 2-0.

Striker Nat Lofthouse scored both goals in the 3rd and 55th minutes.

Nat died earlier this year and manager Owen Coyle has already urged his team to win the FA Cup this year in tribute to the legendary Wanderers player.

The last time United and City met in an FA Cup semi-final was in 1926. City won on that occasion and played Bolton in the final. Wanderers won by a single goal.

This year's semi-final ties will be played on April 16 and 17.
