THE latest consultation on the future of the library service in Bolton is clearly one which will generate headlines. A lot of people have already signed petitions and protested over possible closures.
Another way of raising money in the short term is for the council to sell the town hall and lease it back from the new private landlords. Does Bolton Council plan on doing the same with our own historic town hall? We have a right to know.
