PAVEL Pogrebnyak is likely to patch himself up and face Wanderers at the Reebok this afternoon.
The Russian striker – who has scored five goals in his first seven starts for Fulham – twisted his ankle in the 2-1 victory over Norwich City last weekend.
The injury will be assessed before kick off, but it seemed increasingly likely yesterday that the on-loan front man would start the game against Wanderers.
Martin Jol will not be able to call on the services of Andy Johnson, who faces another fortnight on the sidelines with a thigh problem, but welcomes back striker Orlando Sa, who would be a likely starter if Pogrebnyak’s injury forces him out of contention.
Midfielder Steve Sidwell (stomach) and defender Zdenek Grygera are still sidelined.
