Man failed to leave the area

A WESTHOUGHTON man has been fined for failing to leave an area when asked by police.

Danny Booth, aged 24, of Park Road, pleaded guilty to the offence.

He was fined £65 by Bolton magistrates and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
