A MAN has been given six penalty points on his licence for using a Ford Tipper vehicle which did not comply with the insurance requirements.
Stuart Emmason, of Moorside Avenue, Farnworth, admitted the charge, which relates to the vehicle being driven on Smedley Avenue, in Great Lever, on May 4.
He was given a conditional discharge for six months at Bolton Magistrates Court.
