THE article “Pothole payouts cost council £50k” (October 8) said the country suffered because of recent bad winters.
In residential areas, there is delivery of diesel fuel for heating and skips that have to be taken away full of building materials and other bulky items.
I would think Victorian sewerage cannot stand the weight of these vehicles.
