From Friday to Bank Holiday Monday, the town will come alive with sights and smells from around the globe for the 11th Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
Festival at a glance — Friday, August 26
Day one sees Ambassador and 2 Michelin Starred chef, Michael Caines to launch the festival with his free cookery demonstration, the start of the speciality market and the glamorous annual Gala Dinner.
The markets open from 10am and offer food and drink from every corner of the world, with stalls spread right across the town you’ll need to pace yourself and bring a bag (or two) to carry home all your goodies!
