A skip on a wall over hanging a public footpath on Wilkinson Road
A SKIP was left teetering over an edge above a pavement prompting safety fears.
The skip was left last Friday in Wilkinson Road, Astley Bridge, by Butler Skip Hire.
A man who saw the skip said he was ‘shocked’ and rang the company to tell them how dangerous it could be once material was put in it.
A spokesman for Butler said that it was moved back within half an hour of receiving the call.
