FAMOUS Victorians will be hidden in shop windows in the Middlebrook Retail Park next week.
Children are being encouraged to hunt down the Victorians for the chance to win a prize from Max, the Middlebrook Moose.
There will be free family events available between 12pm and 4pm every Thursday and Friday at the park, including a badminton challenge this Friday.
Various activities will also be taking place between 12pm and 4pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
Heather Ingham, marketing executive, said: “With the Olympic torch passing through Bolton, the One Bolton day and Ironman competition, we have supported the council in their Year of Sport campaign by theming our free summer activities to the history of sport and have provided a range of Horrible Histories activities for our shoppers, from badminton and archery to javelin to a games day.
“We hope that our little (and big) shoppers will have lots of fun participating.”
