PAULINE Clare, the first female Chief Constable in the country and now a leading business coach, is the latest guest speaker at the Business Partnership Lecture series.
Mrs Clare - who in 35 years with the police worked in operational uniform policing at every rank - will talk about her career and the challenges she has faced at the Bolton Ramada Hotel, Blackrod on Thursday, September 20, at 6.30pm.
The 2007 Business Partnership series features influential and successful figures from the North-west's business community and offers a fascinating insight into what makes the region's leading businesses so successful.
Since completing her contract with the Police Service in 2002, Mrs Clare has started a new career in coaching and has completed a post graduate diploma in Executive Coaching and a certificate in Life Coaching.
Tricia Calway of the Business Partnership said: "Pauline Clare has been successful in not one but two careers and is an expert on how organisations cope with change. We are delighted to have her as our guest."
