AN accountancy firm has advised in the £2 million sale of a recruitment company.
Chorley Old Road accountant Cowgill Holloway has advised Aintree-based Assist Support Services Group on its acquisition of Temploy Recruitment Services, in the multi-million pound deal.
Cowgill Holloway has helped Assist to identify several acquisition targets for growth. The firm has increased its turnover from £3 million to £35 million in just four years. The acquisition of Temploy will give Assist an industrial recruitment arm.
Robin Prestage, of Cowgill Holloway corporate finance, added: "It has been great to be instrumental in the ten-fold growth of Assist over the past four years."
