What was your first job ? Serving dinner to architect Sir Norman Foster and friends at a dinner party in Knightsbridge, London, and I was appalled at how much Lobster they wasted! What I was required to bin would have fed me for a week.
Name one person you would have dinner with and why?
I would love to eat and chat with Marc Chagall, the painter, about how important dreams and stories are and why flying in our dreams and paintings feels so natural.

What are your hobbies ?
Knitting long Dr Who scarves for friends - whether they ask for them or not !
What is your top time-saving tip?
Treat your diary as a "Life Diary", not just as an appointments record, so you can plan ahead for work, time-out and creative time.
What is your favourite thing about Bolton and why?
I love Bolton's red-brick textile history, the buildings and stories, and I love the way everyone talks to you at bus stops. I have never lived anywhere so friendly, Bolton feels like a large village family and I love it.
Which event has most influenced your life and why?
Adopting our daughter who has flowered through love and more love. She has shown me how much stronger nurture is than nature.
What is the one piece of advice you would pass on to your children?
That love really does conquer all.
How would you describe yourself in a personal ad?
Compassionate and discerning life coach with a knack for helping you shine and sparkle - and find your voice and vision.
What does your typical working day involve?
Life coaching clients, mentoring other artists, working in the studio, helping my daughter with her homework and cooking the ubiquitous but tasty standby spaghetti bolognese for tea - with a glass of crushed grapes within easy reach.
