construction magnates the Seddon family, owners of Farnworth builder G&J Seddon, have built on their wealth in the past year.
The firm is one of 120 construction companies currently being investigated by the Office of Fair Trading over allegations of rigging bids for major public sector projects.
The family came in as Britain's 693rd richest people, according to The Sunday Times Rich List, with wealth estimated at £118 million - up from £107 million in 2007.

The list of Bolton multi-millionaires is headed up by baker Warburtons, based in Hereford Street.
The family is worth £430 million and are the 199th wealthiest people in the country.

Brothers Anwar and Yakub Patel, who bought out Little Lever-based chemist chain Cohens before selling 11 pharmacies for £130million in 2005, keeping 30. They are the 724th richest people in Britain with an estimated fortune of £110 million.
Eddie Davies, owner of Bolton Wanderers, is worth £98 million and comes in at joint 845th.
