A NEW three-storey office block in Spa Road has been unveiled by North-west developer Bruntwood.
Atria is part of Bolton Council's plan to make Bolton a viable, cheaper alternative to Manchester city centre.
The high specification of Atria matches the quality of office developments in the Spinningfields district of Manchester.

The £4.5 million brick and glass construction has 70,500 sq ft of office space on offer.
About 56,600 sq ft of space is still available to let at the building, with smaller suites starting from about 500 sq ft up to an entire floor of 25,000 sq ft.
Bruntwood regional director Sharon Johnson said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for us in Bolton. We aim to meet customer needs by providing office suites that will accommodate all requirements, from one person to open plan floors of around 25,000 sq ft.
"The building is unique in the area, within five minutes walk of Bolton town centre, but benefiting from the amount of car parking usually associated with a business park. There are 270 parking spaces, one for every 300 feet of office space."
The building has a new fully glazed atrium, glass fronted lifts, a glazed reception and meeting rooms for hire.
The new office suites have raised floors and air conditioning. Externally, the building has been refurbished and extended on the ground floor.
Broker Direct plc will be the first company to move into the building later occupying 13,500 sq ft on the second floor later this month.
It is the second site for Broker Direct, which already has offices in Egerton but required more space due to rapid expansion.
Paul Brierley, director of sales and marketing for Broker Direct, said: "We are really looking forward to moving into Atria and are confident that it will help us attract the number and calibre of staff we will require to cope with future growth."
Atria was launched on April 22 in conjunction with The Bolton Lads and Girls Club.
