GLAMOROUS presenter Denise Van Outen could be doing thousands of people a favour this week.
She has been revealing how her teenage addiction to sunbeds left her face scarred, and this might just be a timely reminder to us all.
Denise, aged 33, and a popular judge on BBC talent show I'd Do Anything, said she suffered from "tanorexia" - overuse of sunbeds - which has permanently damaged her skin pigmentation.

Her quest for a tan means that she now has to wear heavy make-up and she describes her sunbed addiction as "my big regret".
Sunbeds are an easy and seductive way to get a quick tan, but many women, especially young girls, can use them far too regularly.
Unfortunately, there is a definite link between overuse and the dramatic rise in skin cancer cases.
It's a lesson for us all to learn, but Denise found out the hard way.
And, with so many creams and lotions on the market offering a safe tanning alternative, overusing sunbeds seems a dangerously stupid thing to do.
