IT was no surprise to see film actress Gwyneth Paltrow pictured virtually everywhere in the media wearing a thigh-skimming lacy dress and crippling high heels.
She was wowing the crowds at the premiere of her latest movie Iron Man, but had been conspicuous throughout the week in a series of much-photographed glamorous outfits and stilt-high heels.
Gwyneth is aged 35 and married to pop group Coldplay's Chris Martin.

For the past couple of years, she has been the epitome of a Yummy Mummy, concentrating on her children and family life, and is normally seen in casual clothes.
But there often comes a point for young mums when they want to reassert their femininity - their potential pulling power.
They want to show the world in general, and the opposite sex in particular, that they are still hot.
And a new tousled hairstyle, short sexy clothes and, of course, those not-made-for walking heels, create the ideal "uniform" for a glamour gal returning to the public eye.
She's clever and talented and makes entertaining films so I hope it all works for her.
For the rest of the female population, it is quite reassuring that someone so innately gorgeous obviously suffers from the occasional image crisis as well.
