Has no-one else noticed how like the dapper, white-haired, bespectacled adviser is our own Cllr Bob Ronson - the Horwich councillor and consort to outgoing Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Barbara Ronson?
The big difference is that our eminence grise is a much cheerier person than Nick Hewer, who constantly looks like he's going for the world lemon-sucking record.
