Swimming pool on agenda

THE public swimming pool planned for Bolton town centre will be discussed by councillors at a meeting on Monday.
Also on the agenda for the Bolton Council’s executive, which makes all the key decisions, is a health centre due to be built alongside the £11m pool.
The council plans to close part of Moor Lane between Deane Road and Derby Street to make room for the developments.
