BOLTON’S Mercedes-Benz dealer has won a prestigious award from the German manufacturer good servicing.
The Blackburn Road outlet has helped Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Lancashire and The Lakes to win the luxury car maker’s service and parts team of the year.
The group, which also includes sites in Blackburn, Blackpool, Preston and Ulverston (South Lakes), claimed the title for its superb showing in 2013.
Mercedes-Benz of Bolton was acquired by rapidly-expanding motor group Marshall in 2010.
“It was fantastic just to be nominated for the service and parts team of the year but to actually win the award is phenomenal and a tremendous achievement for everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Bolton,” said Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Lancashire’s after sales director Stuart Cresswell.
“Their efforts over the past three years to provide an unrivalled customer experience have been duly rewarded and I know that they will be working even harder to ensure that we remain number one.”
